扑鼻软香惹客游，清真招贴醒人眸。

面条粗阔犹腰带，米粥稀疏映店楼。

酸辣泡馍膻味重，丰腴红枣腻甜柔。

临窗细赏街前景，作队洋妞步正悠。

牛、羊肉泡馍

     用优质牛（羊）肉、牛（羊）骨，配以花椒、大茴、草果、桂皮等调料，入锅内煮至内酥烂、汤汁浓备用。用优质水调面团烙成馍，掰成碎块。炒锅置入浓汁汤，再添适量水煮开，放切好的熟牛（羊）肉和适量湿粉丝稍滚，再将掰好的馍块倒入，加调味品煮1—2分钟，淋熟羊油盛人碗中。食用时佐以糖蒜、 辣子酱、芝麻油、香菜等。传统作法有三，一曰“干泡”，通过煮制，汤汁完全入馍内。此馍筋而韧、粘而滑；二曰“口汤”，煮的馍酥绵光滑，吃完碗内留汤一口；三曰“水围城”。宽汤煮馍，碗四周是汤，中点是馍，汤多馍散、清香绵滑。

    特点：肉料汤浓，香醇味美，粘绵韧滑。食后再饮一小碗高汤，更觉余香满口，回味悠长。是一种高蛋白质、高脂肪、高碳水化合物、高能量食物。一年四季皆可食用，冬季最佳。

八宝稀饭

源于唐代，是以优质糯米特酿而成，纯天然发酵，色泽如玉，酒味醇香，酸甜可口，具有止喝、生津、活血、健脾、开胃、润肤、滋肺、营养等功效，冷热均可饮用，是老幼皆宜的上等饮品。杜甫诗中“李白斗酒诗百篇，长安市上百家眠”所言之酒即指此酒。

凉皮

又称“酿皮子”，从唐代冷淘面演变而来。其面皮选料精良，工艺严谨，调味讲究，以“白、薄、光、软、筋、香”而闻名，味酸、辣，凉爽可口，宜于夏天食用。如今是关中西府的重要名吃。

贾三灌汤包子

       名头最大、字号最为响亮的西安小吃之一。贾三灌汤包子形状就像石榴，特具西安特色，饱含着对人们的美好祝愿。包子烹制工艺考究，以秦川牛肉为馅，骨髓配汤，皮薄如纸，晶莹剔透，馅嫩含汤，佐料浓香。以小笼强火快速蒸熟，趁热上桌，再配以八宝粥或黑米羹，将美味尽皆包裹，色香味俱全，妙不可言。

“同盛祥”西安的老牌子。当然，吃泡馍的话，我们“老孙家”还是牌子最硬的。呵呵。

正宗的樊记肉夹馍 夹的是腊汁肉 相当解馋~

这个里面夹的好像是烤肉，味道和正宗的肉夹馍有区别，不过也很好吃。

肉夹馍

     在西安，老樊家几乎成了腊汁肉的代名词。腊汁肉起源于战国，当时称“寒肉”，经世代流传、演变，遂成今日之秦味腊汁肉。樊记腊汁肉已有近百年历史，由一姓樊小贩所创。由于其选料精、调味全、火功到，又经长时间煨制，颜色红润、软烂醇香、久贮不变。食者有“肥肉吃了不腻口，瘦肉无渣满口油，不用牙咬肉自烂，食后余香久不散”之赞誉。近年来，在制作工艺上严格执行操作规程，加大了瘦肉比例和香度，使其更加浓郁喷香，深受食者欢迎。用刚出炉的白吉馍夹着吃，则馍香肉酥，回味无穷。

一般点的话还带一份面给顾客，两个人吃肯定够，前提是肚量不要太大。

不过，我是从来不吃辣，所以吃烤肉，凉皮这些都会提前给打招呼不要辣椒。其实味道也不赖，呵呵，只是看起来不会像放了辣椒那么勾引食欲。

给大家提供一个地图，这里是西安小吃的汇集地。一般外地游客来的话，很容易找到，因为就在钟楼西边一点鼓楼的巷子里，外地人叫它“西安小吃一条街”，我们叫它“回民街”。

When do you come, my fellows?

I'm really suffering a lot these days.

First, from early in the morning till late in the afternoon I shall staying in hospital for an injection with four bottles of dextrose. Almost everyday in this week in spite of the injection it also have a strict forbidden on eating. I cannot eat anything with oil and also any fried food. Soda biscuit, porridge is my everydays' food also the only thing I was asked to eat. I suddenly learnt that unhealth is a kind of sin. If we don't cherish ourselves, the body would give us a sudden retaliation to punish ourselves.

Second, still a rather glommy thing. Because of the lightening and the thunder, my Pc was attacked and burned badly last night. So After-service is what my Pc needed.  How poor it is!

Xi'an my city.

I love her from the bottom of my heart. I don't realize this kind of emotion until I went to other provinces the year before last year. In that city, a modernized metropolis, I miss my citywall and the bell tower when I was looking at the sea and the buildings of Europea style.

Today is the beginning of ending my three months' leisure time.

A girl of five years old came just a minute before without any words, and then she went home.That girl is my first student, and also the only one .This is the first day of my teaching career. It almost likes a joke.

Still, go on my leisure life or maybe there will be some more pupils tomorrow. I hope the ad. would take effect in this small town.

After one month and a half I would back to school. I'm wondering how can I adapt to the life at school, because I have form a habit of idleness, stay up at the night, get up at the noon.I am a idler now.
